Even in the states that have whole plant laws, only Delaware has autism as a qualifying condition in it's own right. However, 4 other states are "autism friendly". In the 19 other legal states, your child must have a co-morbid qualifying condition, in order to get access to medical cannabis.

People in these states who need medical cannabis for autism are forced to move their families to a legal state, transport cannabis across state lines,, or buy their medicine on the black market. All prohibitively difficult or federally illegal. |
